  What happens if the rain stops dripping after frequent use?

  If you have not used your rain cloud humidifier for some time, the liquid may not fall as expected. We have included a small iron wire that can be used to penetrate the holes where the water drips from, which should clear any blockage and restart the flow. To prevent this from happening in the future, please follow the cleaning instructions below. In addition, you can also use a water treatment additive (Demineralization) which will help with ongoing maintenance.

  Regular cleaning

   

  1. Unplug unit and clean the reservoir using a damp cloth and a drop of dish soap.
  2. Wipe clean with a damp water-soaked cloth and finishing with a dry cloth so that the bottom of the unit remains dry.
  3. Use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol or white vinegar to clean the ultrasonic plate (metal plate at the bottom of the reservoir).

   

  Deep cleaning

   

  1. Unplug unit, add water and a few drops of distilled white vinegar (or any mild descaling solution) to the tank.
  2. Plug the unit back in and run it for 15 minutes to clear out any residue.
  3. Wipe clean with a damp water-soaked cloth and finishing with a dry cloth so that the bottom of the unit remains dry.

   

  Customize your experience of "Calming Rain"

  

  Button 1:

   

  • When turned on, the colors will automatically change until the button is pressed again.
    • A quick, single press will allow you to select a color.
    • Press and hold for three seconds to enable a breathing light.

   

  Button 2:

   

  • A single press will turn the device on.
    • Press and hold for three seconds to enable the five-hour timer. Press and hold for a further three seconds to deactivate the timer.

   

  Button 3:

   

  • When turned on, rain and mist are activated.
  • A single press will adjust the rain volume.
  • Press and hold for three seconds to adjust the mist mode. Repeat the process as detailed below.
    • 1st three seconds - no spray, mist stays in the tank. Note: the mist will overflow when the tank is full.
    • 2nd three seconds - low mist spray.
    • 3rd three seconds - no mist.
    • 4th three seconds - high mist spray.
